Nate was my realtor both selling and buying my new house.  The real challenge for me was purchasing.  I had a long list of wants and a small budget.  Nate was so patient taking me to each house, we viewed houses for months before finding my perfect place. Nate was always available, offered great advice and I never felt pressure to settle.  In fact, Nate kept telling me not to settle, that we’d find the place I loved.  And I did!  :)  I can’t believe we found everything on my list.  I can’t believe he didn't fire me.  So thankful to Nate, as my realtor and my friend. I highly recommend Nate to anyone with real estate needs.

Nate Holcomb has been so pleasant to work with. He's very educated in what he does, he's fun to work with, he's honest, and he makes time for his clients. We texted him during late hours of the night asking to see homes the next day and he would always respond right away asking what times we were available. When we made an offer on a house, he called us after writing the offer and talked to us for over an hour to explain the entire document. He was always so quick to respond to us and answer any questions we had. He helped us find a mortgage company to work with and found us a great inspector. It was our first time buying a home and he made sure he explained the whole process to use very thoroughly. Nate is a great realtor and we absolutely loved working with him. We will definitely recommend him to all our friends.

Nate did a great job in listing and selling my condo, but he also did much more than that. Nate assisted in a multitude of ways from helping to plan and schedule, correcting an error made by the title company, helping me with my blinds and some other various items at my property, all of which made the sale go much easier. Nate is a pleasure to work with, a consummate pro, and a really fun guy to be around. Nate goes above and beyond and I’d love to work with him again.

Nate is wonderful. Period. He was there whenever we needed him and more, negotiated hard for us, and is also just a kind and wonderful human being. You won’t regret working with him!

Nate is amazing! We weren’t sure exactly where we wanted to live and Nate took us to several cities. He also worked hard putting in offers for us always on time (even with less than 24 hours notice)! I highly recommend Nate because he is open, honest, and hard working. He will help find you a great home for a reasonable price!
